USED or RUNNING PULL OUT
Used diesel engines are pulled directly from a vehicle.. Used components are not disassembled, internally cleaned or inspected. Standard compression tests may be done. Many used or Pull out engine components come from a vehicle that was involved in an accident, so there may be unseen damage regardless of mileage.
To rebuild is reconditioning by cleaning, inspecting and replacing severely worn or broken parts only. In the rebuild process, serviceable parts are reused within the acceptable wear limits. Rebuilt component quality can vary widely and many rebuilds come with only a short term warranty. Please make sure that the warranty you choose is noted on your invoice.
Remanufacturing is to make as closely to new as possible with new or remanufactured or machined components. Core material – heads and block castings, crankshaft, camshaft and rods – are carefully inspected and checked against original equipment measured specifications for correct dimensional tolerances then precisely machined. Replacement parts are new or requalified to meet exacting standards and tolerances. Testing is performed to meet the measured specifications of the manufacturer and original production standards.
